Delta Makes New Oil & Gas Discovery at Oklahoma Prospect

Delta reports that the first well of the 2009–3 Oklahoma Project drill program was drilled to a total depth of 5,493 feet. Electric well logs and a drill stem test that flowed both oil and gas, indicate the strong likelihood of another producing well for the Company.

November 2, 2009
The third horizontal development well at Wordsworth, Saskatchewan (the “14–7-3W2 horizontal well”) has been drilled and completed. Analysis of drilling results indicated that this well should be capable of production rates similar to our other wells to the west.
